They work great-however

These traps work great. I’ve caught 8 gophers in the first week. Probably could have doubled that if I used them everyday. My only suggestion is I think the spring wind needs to be tighter to kill the gophers quickly. I have been using cinch traps and they are good in that respect, they really snap and I’ve only had 1 gopher I’ve had to whack in the last 3 years with those. But the size hole you need to dig for those is ridiculous. Currently with the 8 I’ve caught with these traps I’ve had to finish off 2. That’s only a 75% kill rate. They are pests and have to go, yes, but having to look at them while you’re deciding their fate hits a soft spot. Call me whatever you want, everything is just trying to survive as am I and my garden, trees and plants so it is what it is. But it’s unfortunate to see something suffer, even something that pisses you off and ruins your shit. Would buy these again and will totally recommend. Love the stainless steel design and the cable ties to secure them with a flag, necessary otherwise would have lost a couple, especially to the one which caught a snake. Had to release spring so he could make on his way but that was fun too. Keep up the good work.

Finally a Trap that WORKS!!!

Finally found a trap that catches gophers. They used to bury the traps I've used in the past. They can't get past these. Bought 3 and I use 2 on each side of tunnel it's a kill every time.
